Does where he live use sockets that plug in cylindrical shapes. If he does than the entire Wii is most likely fried, you should always use a voltage convereter...SMR-Venom

My cousine got a Wii as a gift from abroad ... he is like 10 years ... he connected the wii and noise came out when he turned the power on.

It turned out that the power requirement of the devise is 110 Volts, and where he lives the power is 200 Volts.

Now the question is ... is the whole devise fried now or only a part of it ? ... and if it is a certain part ... can you tell me what is it so that i can ship it to him from abroad ? ( cause there are no mentainance for the wii where he lives )
