It requires both the Kinect and an internet connection to function? What the hell? I haven't taken my Xbox 360 online for months, and that's the way I like it. Also, I've never wanted a Kinect. If Microsoft goes ahead with this, this will definitely be the first Xbox console I won't own.
Ugh! Facebook - don't have an account there. I like the Gladiator one, though...because Gladiators are cool. The new video player controls are also a great idea...from previous experience with live E3, it can be easy to miss a preview or something if you start the feed a few minutes late. Good luck, GS - you guys are gonna be pretty busy!
Interesting stuff. It's always awesome when the AI catches you in ways you don't expect. That surprising experience is not something you get from most games, though - but I wish it was!
Games are important to me. However, they definitely won't be what I'm thinking about when I'm voting. There are just way bigger issues to focus on right now. I won't be voting for any of those parties, but frankly, out of Liberal, Labor and Greens, Greens would be the last party I would choose. I have too many issues with their other policies.
"You won’t see an Xbox 720 or a PlayStation 4 in this lifetime," he says. I'm sure he'd like that considering his company is massively invested in social games, but it's extremely unlikely considering the success of the Xbox 360 and PS3.
Facebook *shudder*. I think some of these 'accessible' games can be really good, such as Plants Vs. Zombies...but nothing beats the entertainment value of becoming deeply immersed in 'hardcore' games.
Anything from Valve, unless it's L4D3 (note: when I say 'anything', I do indeed mean the next Half-Life installment). Anything from Quantic Dream (I don't know if they'll even be there though). As for games that will definitely be there: The Last Guardian, Dead Space 2, Halo: Reach and LBP2. I saw some people list Resistance 3 (is it gonna be there for sure?), so if that'll be at E3 it can go on my list too.
