Ive never liked it. It doesnt offer massive difference's to online that I cant get on ps3 even less difference on my pc. The real pain for me was lfd2. Paying for content I could d/l for free on steam was a real kick in the teeth:( The only positive factor I had was 95% of my rl mates play xbox, the one thing i miss about playing xbox
My ladys had to have its h/d sent off for RDOD but it was the hd not overheating problem(which i presume falls into the % they can fail like all electronics) Mine died after a month though but i do play alot. but after a few xboxs thats the last one i tried. But Im one bad experiance most people seem to of got on very well with theres just keep it well ventilated and look after it!
Wipeout, demons souls and uncharted 2. 3 of the best games this gen imo Its like abuse on your ps3. its just WRONG to not use for ps3 for exclusives. Go on take it out, wine it and dine it and it will love you more for it
Ao long as they dont mess up the port its going to be great:) Brilliant game that deserves to be available to all! Im most interested in the extra content they are going to do to fill in me1 -me2, be nice to see what they are going to do!
If your in the uk HMV have a great deal on the 320g with move + a free game from the chart (medal of Honour or Tigerwoods). If you dont like the game though speak to them and if your nice enough they should be able to swap the game for one of equal price as a unwanted return:) its what i did :) Now is a great time mate, i regreated for a long time leaving ps3 for xbox and finally im now on the system i prefer. You have a brilliant back log of games to catch up on all at a good price now, and 2011 looks really great for ps3 users. Do it as soon as your funds allow:)
This is pretty usual. Ive just brought a 320g ps3 but its actual space is 299g. Dont forget the actual system os is installed to the HD as I understand it(thouhg im not 100% sure for ps3 but the updates sure are) and i dont think ive ever had a pc hard drive that was the full advertised amount. My 1TB external hd for instance actually has only 959g and that has no OS just instillation files. My laptop has '500g' but in reality has about 460g after OS.
..and a mute point but Oblivion and Bioshock are supposedly better ports on ps3. Atleast according to various sites. But the games although great are a bit old to really care about :)
