@lonesamurai00: bingo, you burn that much money you would expect exclusive license rights they failed and paid for nothing really. Ea is laughing they paid alot less I believe to lock 2ksports from the NFL license and 2ksports paid more for the nba and still allowed EA to use the nba license. Major blunder by management fire them

@Husker42C: Correct I dont know how you pay so much and notttttttt even get an exclusive deal. I mean Ea Sports jacked 2k sports in the 2000s by taking the nfl license from them when 2k made the better nfl game too which we all miss. You would think if you pump out that much money youll burn EA back by locking them out of the nba but no they didnt. epic fail by 2k to spend that much it wasnt needed they have no competition anyway in the near future

@vfighter: No I think it is a waste. Waste if development time. That entire year they spend making those 4 characters maybe even longer who knows they could spend on returning MK characters or some new MK character for the lore. Predator and Alien were cool but the others are just slow hacker slasher killers in horror movies no thanks. If anything I do wish they used Predator or Alien in the story lore somehow because I can see that working somehow but again for a niche set of characters I get it people paid for it in dlc but if NRS made a complete different season pass with new or old mk characters and you had 1 choice to buy that or the movie character pack you can bet people would ignore the movie pack

@danyjr: Preach. I hate guest characters. Predator and Alien were the only cool and good characters the rest were a waste. Waste of DLC money and waste of development time and waste of character slot. Rather they use it on old or new mk characters.

Man I hope they dont botch Sub Zeros costume. Looking at Scorpions is it just me or is that one of the ugliest costumes he has received? He had good outfits since the ps2, ps3 and ps4 era but this outfit just looks so weird with metal plates on his arms, shoulders and that red under the yellow. Im not feeling it. Ed boon has a man crush on scorpion im surprised he okayed this. Hopefully Sub Zero still peaks and has the better outfits as he always 1 upped scorp in previous games
