Chrono Trigger is a classic so I would recommend that. You would get a chance to explore the 'golden age' of RPG's. Though perhaps picking up a copy of Pokemon Platinum wouldn't be a bad idea if you have Wi-Fi so then you can enjoy the game with lots of other players. Really though, I do not think you can go wrong with any of those games.

Perhaps Dungeon Explorers? Though it is a RPG of sorts, it leans more toward the Diablo style game play of running around exploring and hack n' slash. Other than that I am kind of stumped. Have you taken a look at the similar games' column though when you are at the Gamespot RE:Ds page? Touch the Dead comes up and it looks relatively close to what you are looking for.

Hope this helps a bit :)

Hmm, right now I've been hammering away on replaying FF6 for the billionth time it seems, but when it comes to straight DS games...Mazes of Fate, FFTG and Kirby!

Metroid and any game where I have to level characters. I just love the challenge it brings!

I won't be picking it up for pretty much the same reason. Just not my kind of game. Avalon code though : )

It looked rather captivating to me, but I am not too much of a Sonic fan. Hence I am still waiting to purchase it after I read some reviews or see it on the 'discounted' games shelf at my local store.

The gameplay videos did make it look rather fun though.

Well, I've currently been playing both and would have to say if you liked FF:T, go with A2, since it has the same great game play. Though you would not be disappointed with Disgaea either, but stick to what you like though if you want to stay on the safe side!

Oh yeah! It's a great RPG and though it was a bit steep in price, it was definitely a worth while buy.

Black sigil is more of an action rpg, similar to those found on the SNES, (Secret of Mana, Illusion of Gaia). It's a shame really, I have been following this game for a while, and was pumped when it originally had a November release date of last year!

Time will tell though...and for the time being it looks like Amazon is what it is saying.

First off, Nice avatar Yodas_Boy, personal favorite of mine. When it comes to Star Fox for the Wii, I am guessing we will see something near the end of summer, some kind of preview that will of course be available during the holiday season. As to the idea of Nintendo 'holding off' till the next new system comes out, I don't think so. I think the Wii still has some life left in it and will see another Zelda, Mario and Starfox before the big N releases a whole new system.
