I think there was a post just like this about two weeks ago. It really comes down to if you like a real time life simulation game...does that sound fun to you? Waking up, trying to make some bells, and keeping neighbors happy by doing small tasks? If that sounds fun to you, then yeah, you'll love Animal Crossing. But if doing redundant tasks numerous times a week, sometimes in a day as well doesn't sound that much fun to you, then I would stay clear of Animal Crossing. It can become a game that will be put back on the shelf for many because of such monotonous game play. Keep that in mind, but don't take my word for it, I play it every day though regardless of such behaviors, I find it a good way to relax each morning before my work day starts.
From my understanding the DSi wasn't coming out until late, fourth quarter of 2009 in the US. We are just starting 2009 in a few days, so you might be waiting a long time before you get your hands on a DSi. So in the mean time, I recommend buying a used DSl and starting the gaming soon!
Well...I bought it new for the Snes when it came out, then bought it when they remade it for playstation and now went out and bought it the day it hit the shelves for the Ds. Personally, I think it's a remarkably fun RPG and worth your time and money, though if $40 is a little steep for you, wait till it drops a bit and then definitely pick it up.
I will be on with my gate open in the next twenty minutes or less, and for a little while. Feel free to add me and hope into my town! Sure! Name:Arlo Town:Hamtabo FC:5241-5731-9022 Wii Speak : Yes!
I currently have played through all of those games, and I must say, although nothing really changed with the re-release of Chrono Trigger...it is my favorite for 2008. Mainly because I fell in love with the story when I first purchased it for the SNES so many years ago. Second place though...Final Fantasy Tactics:A2. A great addition to the series!
