well, I bought a new vga some time ago, I upgraded from the 9500gt to the gts 250, but I have a horrible cpu: the e2200 dual core 2.2ghz with 1 mb cache

during the time hen I upgraded I was playing demigod, and I was getting 21 fps on the 9500gt and after I put the new vga I started getting 75 fps, but I still wanna know if its a bottleneck, because sometimes I get lag spikes during games ex: the first templar, mount and blade...
