Yeah, it's not hard at all. You could easily get 100% in under 30 hours. I got the achievement in my first run through without trying. I finished the final mission in under 22 hours.
Can't you guys just be thankful for an amazing single player experiance? Elder Scrolls is about single player, adding a multiplayer component would completely ruin it.
The single player wouldn't be nearly as good if Bethesda had to worry about multiplayer too.

In addition there is only so much contant a developer can make before the game must be shipped, Oblivion is a huge game. Adding multiplayer would have greatly taken time away from other development in the game. I for one am glad Bethesda spent their time making an amazing single player RPG instead of half a$$ing it for a half a$$ed multiplayer component.
I am working on some stunt jumps and have found it easiest to use the sanchez (dirt bike) but have been unable to locate one after mine blew up. I've been driving around for hours and have yet to stumble across one. Does anyone know of a location where one typicaly spawns?
