For me Xbox was the best console of last gen. Xbox Live was outrageously awesome and based on that fact alone wins the "console war" of last gen. Not to mention, it had all the games I wanted to play: Halo 1 and 2, KOTOR I and II, Splinter Cell series (the ones that came out on the PS2 were a joke), Morrowind, Jade Empire, Forza Motorsport, Project Gotham Racing 1 and 2, Doom 3, Half-Life 2, Amped 1 and 2, Pariah, Fable, Rallisport Challenge 1 and 2, Rainbow Six 3 and Black Arrow, Deus Ex Invisible War, Ninja Gaiden, and probably a few others that aren't in my game collection. The only things in my collection for Xbox are exclusives, games that also came out on PC, or games that came out on a significantly later date on other consoles.

I bought a PS2 for two reasons: Ace Combat and Amplitude. I used my brother's Wii for two reasons: Rogue Squadron and Resident Evil 4.

Nothing could compare to the original Xbox for me. My friends and I all brought our Xboxes over to a friend's basement every weekend and had the longest 16 player Halo games. Honestly, those are some of my favorite memories from that time. A PS2 or Gamecube couldn't have provided that experience or those memories for me. Xbox FTW

The series used to be for the hardcore crowd. However, Modern Warfare 2 has so many crippling flaws that only a casual gamer could overlook.

If you do make sure your up to date in philosophy. I use that and theology. They base their arguments completely on their theology and they don't know what to do when you counter their points with philosophy then throw your theology at them.

It doesn't even take that. I am also "learned in theology," and based on my experiences with them in South America it really just takes a basic grasp of the Bible to counter their points. Then they do the only thing they know how to do: change the subject.

I've never had them much where I live. The ones that passed by were pamphlet givers and weren't really too annoying. However, I lived in Chile for two years and the JWs there were the most annoying, arrogant, rude, hypocritical, and insulting people I ever came across.

Or every game could be like Battlefield Bad Company 2, if someone is trying to camp just blow up the wall. It is impossible for campers in that game to prosper. LOVE it.

Rhino53

Exactly. Too bad a lot of people have a low IQ and choose to play MW2

Campers never prosper in MW2, also

They don't? Then why are campers the single biggest complaint about MW2? Don't kid yourself. Try saying that after playing a round in BC2

Sony Playstation consoles are the worst for shooters for me simply because of the controller layout. The triggers and thumbsticks are in awkward positions that makes me feel like I'm holding one of the first digital cameras and trying to take a picture. Doing that for more than half an hour makes my hands hurt. I also prefer the shooter games on 360 to those on PS3. I like Halo better than Killzone, and I like Gears better than Resistance.

If you're used to shooters, give it a quick play through as a soldier. Once you're experienced, up the difficulty and change your class. Playing as a soldier is fun but not nearly as cool as the other classes.

Why do people have such a problem installing a game to their hard drives? It doesn't take that long. And if you have a 60+ gig hard drive, it's at least worth it to install the game you play the most. Installing saves not only time by increasing loading speeds, but energy and extends the life of your Xbox, plus it makes even the old ones "whisper quiet."

After installing, I noticed that I got into Battlefield matches online quicker than other players after the between-round break. I really see no reason not to install at least one game if you have a 60 GB hard drive.
