So I just finished the first season of this (amazing!) show. Every thing I heard about it is true. It is that good.For those that don't know what it's about,here: "Baltimore drug scene, seen through the eyes of drug dealers, and law enforcement" (yay IMDb!) anyway Omar=Win. I don't care what you're doing right now if its not watching The Wire then stop, go out and rent or Netflix or whatever the hell you do the first season, If you don't I will punch your future children. Or your present children. Whatever works.

Snap! I've not blogged in two months. I'm suprised by that.

EDIT: Almost two months, Having the day in front of the month and year keeps throwing me off.

Also I watched Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas, bout two days ago. It was pretty good, need to read the book now.

Its bullcrap. So.... I'm trying to make some ol butter toastand my stick of butter hasgot to be the most uncooperative stick of butter in butter's long and storied history. Its just doesn't want to melt into thebread, it just lingers on the top of bread, in thick patches, like its showing its dominance or something, thinking its better.Which just makes it weird to eat because I'm just eating crunchy bread at this pointand then oh shi-butter! Worst of all is the butter tastes cold and is entirely too solid.Of course its difficult to just cut a bit of butter from the stick. So I'm trying to quickly butter while the toast is still hot and the only way to have the butter patch to stay on is to almost tear a hole in the bread. It doesn't spread across thewheaty(?) surface like it should. I'm doomed to suffer inadequate butter toast, I am not pleased about this outcome.

Ona side note I've been listening to Beck a lot recently.

Wow, its been 40 years since the Civil Rights Movement and now this. Whether you agree with his policies or not we're making some good progress. I certainly didn't expect it to be so (relatively) soon.

Its sort of frightening..
