yeah, this happened to me the other day, but then again. it does happen every once in a while. just quit the game and start it up again, that worked for me

Justin is reviewing it properly unlike other reviewers, who didn't speak about half the modes in their reviews, that's why some of them were reviewed horribly. You need to play the game for a while before it gets better, more modes, better cars, etc. And apparently the higher your level is, the more realistic the damage is.
