And just so you know when I say you can't say there are a countless number of fans I mean that technically (if that is what you are wanting to get) there are ways to count the number of fans but you would have to go through extreme lengths to get the totals. BUT there would also be a very large number of gamers who don't like the game for whatever reason and I have a feeling that if you include the number of gamers who just don't like this type of rpg and the number of people who don't like video games period well then you would get an answer where the number of haters is larger (a lot larger) then the number of lovers.
I nall likelyhood, DoC or X-2 probably has the most hater, but that has nothing to do with this argument. IT is impossible to create a thread wheren othing but good thigns will be said about FFXII because everyone has their own will, and through that will, their own opinions. what you are asking is impossible. There are haters and lovers of the FFXII game it really doesn't matter if there are a few more haters than lovers... and actually if you want to get technical there are not countless fans of FFXII and if we are going to hold that statement as fact then you also have to hold the statement "there are countless haters of FFXII" true as well. Sorry fs metal.
Auron and Cloud are BOTH great fighters and any difinitive answer to this question is come upon with bias at it's heart as NO ONE can measure Cloud's exact strength or Auron's for that matter. NOBODY knows who would win for sure.
ANYWAYS they are from two completely different worlds and so any comparison you could make would be invalid as far as measuring one's abilities as there could be completely different levels of gravity and what not. (If anyone used to watch Dragon Ball Z when Goku was training in the gravity chamber you will understand that part) ;)
