One of the richest countries in the world+an emerging superpower. 'nuff said. As for western countries, all I can say is that their power is slowly dwindling.CaptHawkeye
You do know in their history, Japan and China have never once gotten along and despise eachother to this day? Are you also aware that the Japanese economy is NOT growing? And that China is talking out of its ass about its growth?
Oh wow your so smart.. I'm going to come to you for all your expert, unbacked up opinion... and you got this information from where...?Probably from my Global Politics College Course? And you're information came from, Google? I take it?
I don't think your course at your local community college is all that impressive... I actually lived in China for several years. I've seen before my eyes many factories, schools, construction, and etc. being built in many cities throughout China. I will believe what I see rather than what your white professor says when he has never been to China.... I also believe the numerous articles from reputable sites that have stated that China is a rising power.. So I don't believe your opinion that "China is talking out of its ass about its growth"... unless these sites are controlled by the Chinese, I think you are among the minority that believe China isn't growing at a fast rate...Uber Ad Hominem spammage FTW.
My "white proffesor" just happens to be Chinese. I can also see that most of your education has come from the websites you've found online. Apparently, my grueling studying, reports, books, and proffesor are no match against your google arts degree.
Factories and school eh? In Beijing? I'm surprised they finally got around to building them in the cities at last. I mean, surely China's population isn't rural. Oh wait a sec...
Why are you trying to act like you know everything? *sigh* And no some of the factories were being built in a rural area smartass. I'm so sure my firsthand knowledge can't compete with yours..What makes your first hand knowledge so mugh more accurate then my research? If I were to take a man from the 14th century, and show him a helicopter, he would correctly conclude it can fly. But he would also conclude it can fly to the top of the highest mountain in the world, first hand observation does not necessarily equal fact.
Uhmm.. what are you talking about lol? Have you been to China? No. I have been there and have seen growth in many cities I used to reside in, these cities = more factories, schools, businesses, and etc means even some of the lesser wealthy parts of China is growing. It is actually a fact. A fact is" a truth known by actual experience or observation" . I "observed" these events taking place so according to the dictionary that would be a fact.If that is your definition of "fact" apparently i'm not the one who needs to worry about the quality of his education.
People were on the Titanic when it sank, that doesn't mean they knew every instance and fact as to why and how it sank.
Nah I just looked it up on dictionary.com , its obviously not the best for definitions but I'm not going to a dictionary to look up this word. I still have plenty more years of schooling before I am finished so you don't have to worry about my education. "People were on the Titanic when it sank, that doesn't knew every instance and fact as to why and how it sank." Well they did know it sank.. why would they care about the reason for it sinking? And I do know the cities I lived in were growing, doesn't mean I know everything about the reason for the growth or how the growth is taking place.Thank you for admitting you know nothing.
I don't understand how come you don't just accept it. You keep on denying China is growing, yet I repeatedly tell you I have seen many rather average or below average Chinese cities developing. LOL jeez man where do you think Walmart gets their products from.. lol
From their cheap labor. You think millions of people working in sweatshops is a direct sign of economic growth?
Oh yeah, about those articles that you said are "not as accurate as your information from your college". Well, the truth is probaly many of those individuals who wrote those articles are much more knowledgeable than you. (That's a shocker, isn't it?) They have researched their information as well and that is what they came up with. It is their job afterall to write up articles, where you are just doing it to get a decent grade.
It was Goebbels job to tell the German people news. Guess that means he was right about everything. Are you done Ad Homineming me to death yet?
