Actually thats far from truth... What made doom work is the fact that was one of the very first FPS and actually the very first FPS majority played for first time... That why it got so BIG...

Not bad , it was about time for the company that constantly for the last 3-4 years making 120- 140 million dollars per month from WoW subs ALONE!! ... Thats insane number...

1.6M is a low number considering that Blizzard making yearly ( 1.3 billion more or less per year from WoW subs alone ) but definitly is a step forward. Good job.

Not that we were thinking otherwise... Wii U , supposedly next-gen console ..already will be missing even PS3/X360 ports. Now how bad is that ?... Will Casuals save the day for second time ? I really dont think so , they already got their Wii..
