I'm running at the lowest widescreen resolution with the following setup:

Core 2 Duo 6600 @ 2.4ghz

2.0GB of RAM

GeForce 8800 GTX (768MB with PCI-Express x16)

My framerate is unplayable with high settings. Still looks pretty good with medium settings and I'm getting around 30fps.

I have no idea why it performs so badly for me. I'm pretty sure I have a great setup. UE3 runs at highest settings more smoothly than any game I've played on the PC so far. I do realize that Crysis engine is DOING more, but I'm just a bit depressed at the outcome.

its ok my baby Jazzpurr the kitten hates anything that moves...such as my thumbs as im playing games...and apparently faces when your sleeping. he doesnt seem to hate the ps3...infact he often watches what im playing on the screen...then later getting in the way so i cant see who im shooting/smacking with a wrench/ summoning some sort of god to destroy that side of the map.

lol. he just wants attention. my baby sabrina loves to swat the tv. She will jump up on the entertainment center and bat at the tv. It's sooooo cute. until she falls off. then I have to pet her for a while. kitty!!!!

fav feature?

the 60 gig (the one i own) plays ps1,ps2, and ps3 games...giving me access to the massive rpg library of awesomeness.

fav games? Resistance, folklore, ratchet and clank, and warhawk.

tho i use my ps3 as a good looking ps2 most of the time...the ps3 is worth it right now with the 4 titles i listed, and its only getting better.

once could say a ps3 is better than getting a box full of baby kittens who want to lick you to death with their cute little tounges and kill you with love.
