IBT does what prime95 does much faster and better, I would go with IBT.

Aside from the M4, you should also consider the Samsung 830, Its been having alot of sales also.
Nothing wrong with asrock, its part of Asus. That is a good board, no need to go crazy and buy a maximus iv extreme. Only thing you're really missing with that board is UEFI.
AMD took advantage of getting out of the gate first, to charge whatever they wanted. Now that Nivdia's response is out, of course prices will drop.
edit: typo
Yea newegg has to charge tax in states where you have a warehouse, which is cali and nj. Then theres states like ny who just passes laws for some cake too, even though theres no warehouse.
I dont get all the suggestions here when he said 45-50 dollars. Caselabs/silverstone/corsair are basically out of the question. As for a good case in your actual price range, get the rosewill challenger: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147153
Its not pretty, but you want a sturdy, good quality case over looks anyway.
Just touch your case before you do anything and you'll be fine everytime.
Perhaps the Silverstone FT03? Its a bit taller though, but its an excellent case.
Dual gpu right off the bat is a bad idea, single gpus are always best. For the price of two 580s you might as well get the new 7970. A quality 850w will do the trick unless you have some huge averison to ATI cards for some reason.
For gaming more then 4gb ram isnt really needed, but ram is cheap, so max I woulg go is around 8gb
Unless your gonna do some hardcore Oc, Liquid isnt worth the hassle/maintence. A closed circuit liquid is ok, but pricy, I suggest sticking to just high end air cooling.
Dont need an i7 for gaming, i5 2500k will do just fine and will clock 4.5Ghz+ easy. As for motherboard if you truly want the "ultimate" board that would be the Asus Maximus IV extreme-Z. However thats a huge waste imo, a Asus z68 Pro or Deluxe will do the job just fine.
Alright so while this problem was not recent, it always seemed to go away before. So I have an Fantom Drive 1tb external that I use, and recently if i turn it on, it just keeps clicking and getting really hot. It appears under device manager and storage manage but not under my computer. It sometimes appears as a generic "G drive" that isnt openable or sometimes runes fine but struggles sometimes to keep up if i stream music or such throught it.
This may seem like a typical drive it dying case( its almost 2 years and its an hitachi drive) but if i dtich the esata cable and use the 2.0 usb, eveyerthing is fine. No clicking, no struggling to read. Is the esata port busted? Or could it be the wire somehow( a friend gave it to me for free and i dont have another)? Any help is apprenticed.
