Work in the Garden Dept at Home Depot. We have a cat who lives out there. I can tell you that everyone DOESN'T like cats, has lost count how many times customers freaked (one older lady actually cried) when they saw or heard him meowing.

Before working there, I really wasn't much of a cat person, now though, I love them. Like dogs, they can sense your mood, and will cheer me up when I'm down, and nothings says "I love you" then "purrrrrr".

Note: Guys, if you meet a woman who can purr, don't let her out of your sight, get them digits, trust me ;)

They've caught me on the computer, but said nothing, just simply left the room, didn't get upset or nothing.... why?

Because years ago, I wasn't feeling well, woke up in the middle of the night, went in their room, and.....

caught them in the "act".

(since I was old enough to understand, they got dressed, we went to the kithen, grabbed some leftovers, and they went ahead and gave me the "talk".)

That happened to anyone else?

Wow indeed....

Lazy-ass parents, blame everyone else but themselves for their child's problems..... oy. Stop letting the TV be a babysitter/teacher.

Listen up parents, you want disciplined, hard working kids, do what YOUR parents did.... whip 'em :D

(My grandma created batches of switches every evening, so they'd be nice and hard in the morning, and when she was REALLY pissed at you, she'd bring out a pool stick..... yes, those pieces of wood that we play pool (or billiards with. Boy did they hurt like hell)

Don't EVEN ask about my mom and dad, me and my brothers learned early on to be good ;).

FACT: Food tastes better at night.Darth_Tyrev

Hell yeah! There WAS a reason me and the boys from work would looked forward to the end of the shift, when we'd head to IHOP and pig out. BTW, I LOVE my metabolism! Haven't ran track in years, and I can STILL eat whole pizzas, just be a outright PIG, and gain little or no weight!

Another fact: The harder (or worser) your day, the more pleasure one gets from eating late....

Do what I did...

Wait 'till 21, work late at the airport, help out a BEAUTIFUL woman who was stranded by the airlines, get off work, she asks if she can join you and your buddy at IHOPS (overheard your conversations), she rides with you, you give her lift to her hotel, and she asks you to come up with her.... :D

She then proceeds to call you every time she flys in, and brings friends.

Oh yeah, by the time I hit 21, I'd made a TON of stripper friends, guess what they did for my 22nd birthday....

While I do respect to "wait until marriage", I DEFENITELY think you should wait 'till 20 or 21, trust me it was worth the wait, and a woman in her 20s, 30s, and up, is MUCH better then some 15-16 year old rube.

Damn, that's a nasty one.

I'd do it, but a million dollars? I live in atlanta, that won't even get you a nice house on the north side of town!!

But, with the odds, I can't say no....

And if you live a healthy lifestyle (eating, working out), HIV would not be a big problem for you, and you can minimize the chances of it developing into full-blown AIDS.

Boo-hoo, he's number one....

I say he's a smart businessman, made some wise investments. Gates would be higher if he hasn't spent the last few years pouring money down the drain that is XBOX.

If you want money, go to Dubai, that fool has money out the ass, and builds massive **** with it (world's tallest building, world's biggest aquarim (in the works), and that man-made island resort (the Palms). The list changes year to year, what one NEEDS to watch are the ones who are ALWAYS in the top 10 or 20. (Gates, Buffet, Waltons, etc.)

And uh, believe it or not, foreign investment in the US, so far outpaces our investments in OURSELVES, that America's financial market (Wall Street) is essentically owned by outsiders. (why do you think the dollar is doing so poor?)

everyone thinks indians and asians are so smart but theyre only like that cuz their parents make them study like crazy. theyre only book smart and they have no social lives. thats how it is in my school anyway. i get good grades but i do it for myself. my parents dont force me and i can balance a social life. i have a lot of asian friends. most of them arent allowed to do anything on weekdays and have to go to bed at 10 (with the exception of 1 friend who doesnt have parents)SDog624

You hit the nail on the head, but that's why those societies are where they are.... Parents. You complain about social skills, not being able to hang out. That sucks, but its about discipline. And it works, which is why the kids put up with it, they see how successful their parents are, and shoot, who doesn't wanna make $$? American parents (well some of them) treat their kids the same way, (I knew a few), and now they're successful folks. Book smart get you money, but it's better to be book smart AND have a life (social skills). I love Japan, but I'll be damned if I had to grow up there, then again, even the nerds knew how to have fun ;)

And yes, I was talking about the topic starter, sorry xzemnes567.

Granted, he went through hell, but who doesn't?

Take the second option (pay equals to the amount of hours). You MUST allow for the compensation (he's getting more then you). He just started, you didn't, no employee, regardless of rank, or seniority, should have to screw himself, or herself, for a noob. Period. How would you feel, if you was nice to him, then later on, he quits 'cause he can't handle the pressure? Exactly.
