I was the first to bash Turtle Beach in the past. The PX4s sounded way better than I would have expected and simulated surround sound was also really well done. That said, I understand if you're hesitant. I still am as well but there are not many options for headsets for the PS4...unless like you said where you go with a mixamp.

I listened to a pair of Astros with the mixmap and was not impressed at all. My soundcard did a much better job of simulated surround sound than the mixmap....only thing mixmap did was boost the volume.

I did listen to some turtle beach PX4s and was really impressed...especially considering I have not been a turtle beach fan at all. I'm looking as well...trying to decide what to go with. Let me know what yo decide.

BTW I had the Sennheiser HD598....they are very cold sounding. They sound amazing...but very clinical.. That's the only way I can think to describe them.

How anyone could enjoy GW2 is beyond me. Just seems like a bunch of button mashing craziness with no form of real strategy.

I like WoW, Wildstar and ESO....they are all very different from one another but I enjoy them.

I couldn't care less to be honest. I have not played anything enjoyable from them since the original HL.

It's a good game and I'm sure you will enjoy it. That said it's not a typical mmo and it's not skyrim. If you go into it with an open mind and no expectations I'm sure you will like it. Take it for what it is...

Different strokes I guess. It has it's flaws but over all it's a great game in my opinion. I really enjoyed it on PC...enough that I'm getting the PS4 version as well.

Don't believe the trash talking from when it launched on pc. It's a much better game than it got credit for and much better now than it was when it launched.

Warning though is an mmo first and elder scrolls game second so don't expect skyrim.

There are TONS on exclusives on PC. Though most are RTS and MMOs....if you enjoy those then a PC is the best option by far.

no they are not. The art direction and animations are far worse on hardline. The maps don't look nearly as good as BF4 either. Also a lot less polish in general.
