So, any RPG's for PS3 ? Any more involving games than only shooters and action titles ?

Did i miss something ? Or the only games PS3 has this year are indeed a shooter with dragons, an adventure that looks like nothing special, and an action title tha the heroin is dying and you have to hurry up to its end in Heavely Sword ?

Is there something i am missing, because this WHOLE lineup, could not possibly stand up against the epic RPG that Mass Effect will be, or the popularity of Halo 3 multiplayer, or the genius behind Lost ODyssey, or the huge sales of Eternal Sonata in Japan, or the amazing 9/9/9/10 in famitsu Blue Dragon, or the creepiest and most thriller shooter ever in Bioshock, or even Too Human which is a diablo clone with robots, and definatly will be addictive as hell itself

So, Sony, what are you doing exactly ? They should have come out with FF13 FIRST, show new stuff, new pics and videos of that game, not those mediocre ones, now no sales again until E3, hopefully we will get some in game videos of FF13 there, or PS3 is totally out of the gaming picture until E3 2008

In short, the games that should be shown were FF13, MGS4, Angel Rings. White Knight Story !!!!, Killzone 2, Team ICO project news, only stuff like that could make the dropping sales of PS3 stop, nothing else

MS's day hasnt even begun nor will it ever.

Music should always be an element of the game rather than being added.  It should always be alongside the gameplay and cinematics that makes you feel even more involved in what you're doing in the game.

Mostly all Rare games have great music. GOW 1 and 2 has great music. And also all MGS games have great music.

Oh no.  That's not acceptable at all.  This gen will be decided by the next 12 months of sales, and that's being generous. 

So your saying in 12 months you can already confirm that the Wii will have the PS2's success of selling 100 million plus and still counting consoles? I doubt that.

I dont doubt that the Wii can hot 100 million consoles. I do doubt that you can predict something like that in just 12 months.

Well Dick Tracy, if you have 20+ games and your console breaks, what are you going to do with those games? Throw them out? Nobody said PS2 was a BAD system. But 100 mill. consoles are nowhere near 100 mil. individual sales.

So what are you saying then , the Wii will not hit 100 million. I mean in essence that is what your saying. Bringing in failure rates and all.

What I am saying since you are having trouble with comprehension is that PS2 may very not have hit 100 million consoles if they were built to last. I have a busted PS2 in my house and I literally know one person on their first PS2. Everyone else I know that has a PS2 is on their 2nd or 3rd. I have never had to replace a Nintendo console, going all the way back to NES. I actually dont think its outrageious to think that most PS2 owners are on at LEAST their second unit.

And once again you prved my point in t he same fashion you've been doing so all along. And i'm not going to bother explaining why because I've done that already.

This is Sony third console. They have entered the gaming industry in 94. I dont remember exactly when Nintendo started in the gaming buisness , but I do know that Nintendo has been doing this longer then Sony and MS combined. Sony , with their first console managed to sell 100 million plus. Sony's first attempt was a record breaker. Something that Nintendo , with all their years and experience have yet to accomplish. And if that wasnt an incredible accomplishment by Sony , they managed to do it all over again with the PS2. Selling more then their previous console sold , breaking their own record and still selling PS2's as if they were just released yesterday. Thats 200 million plus in 2 attempts people. So in a very short time , in certain ways , Sony has surpassed the veteran Nintendo.

Let's put it this way; if Nintendo didn't revitalize the gaming industry with their NES, there would have never been a PS1. That's a fact. If Nintendo didn't turn down Sony's CD attachment device, Sony would have never made the PS1. So Nintendo really helped Sony to produce the PS1 in all fairness. Sony's accomplishment is all due to Nintendo's efforts. Sony wouldn't be where they are today with their game consoles if it wasn't for Nintendo.

I didnt read your whole comment I just read where you bolded. I have better things to do then to study Nintendo's or Sony's or MS's gaming history.

If you don't know their history, you shouldn't be making false comments. Sony has made large accomplishments, yes, but they didn't get their on their own. There were other companies that paved the way. A lot of people don't realize this because they don't know the history of the gaming industry. I do.

I dont ever recall saying that Sony hadnt had anyone pave the way for them. Which is more why I think that Sony has gotten to a level that Nintendo dreams of reaching but not yet reached?
