My birthday party.

My birthday isn't until June 12.So,my family started the party and we had a great time.I got some good stuff.A new wallet, a couple of t-shirts,a gift card from Best Buy and Wal-Mart,lottery tickets, and money. :D

I turn 18 on tuesday, which is the 12th and I will let everyone know about it on that day.But on monday, which is the 11th,my mother and I are going to the social secruity office to see if the people can talk to the u.s. government by giving me 400 bucks every month, because of my autism. (Read my very first blog,if you want to learn about it.)

My parents told me that they are going to use the money to pay for the bills and all that stuff, because they are really low on money. Not me,because I have a job and I get paid very well.

Well,I just wanted to tell you about my party.

My thoughts of the new prince of persia movie.

I just got word about the Prince of Persia moive.Jerry Bruckheimer is going to produce it.That's the good news. Here comes the bad news.Disney is signing up to present the movie when it hits theaters. I'll explain why.

Disney usually takes things that were based on books and disneyized it in it's own theme. Most of the times, they doing it awful. For example,The Hunchback of Notre Dame originally ended with Quasimodo dead.Disney totally changed the ending to it and making it child like and does it terrible to upset people who read the book.

Also,Sleeping Beauty is a based on a very graphic novel.Disney changed everything about it and erased everything that was so great about the novel and making it a brand new story that does not sound right to the book at all.I also heard from another person saying that disney is going to do a romeo and juilet movie. The book had a lot to do with murder and other things relate to that. So,whay would disney to a movie that's based on the book that had a lot of rough stuff in it?

Sands of time had a little roughness like it had suggestive themes and kids would get scared by the sand monsters, once they see them on the big screen and moght end up as a PG-13 movie, just like pirates of the carribean.(That's not a bad thing, but those monsters are a little scary for younger kids.) I'm a huge fan of the sands of time and I don't want disney to make present the movie there own way, because they would change the movie' story, disneyized it to the children's way and ruining it big time. But Bruckheimer is going to prdoce it and most movies from him do really good in the box office. So,it might come out decent, whether it would do fine or not, once it hits the theaters.

What do you guys think about that? Also, here is the link on where I found out about the movie.

The story of how I got into homeschool and my life of getting picked on.

It all started when I first entered in 5th grade in august of 2000,the first day I didn't had any problems at all.Until,a few months where there are some boys there that made fun of me because they think I was special.I don't know what they meant by that until i came home from school and told my parents about it.

I told my parents exactly of what happend. She asked me,"Son,do you know why you are gettinging picked on nowadays?" I said, "No.Why?" She said "Beacause you have a broken brain." That was when I found out I had autism.(If you want to learn more about it,read my first blog.) I was 11 years old when she told me.

As time went on,I got picked on more often through 5th grade to 8th grade.Kids keep making fun of me of every corner they're at.I always get pulled in a lot of offices because of how it always happens to me and my mother always comes with me to handle these types of situations.

Around my 8th grade year,my mom thought about something and that's she leaves me no choice but to homeschool me.That scared me a little bit because i thought to myself if i entered homeschool, then I would never see my best friend, evan, ever again.Surprisingly enough,i still hang out with my friend since the fact that we known each other since august of 2002.I first met him in my 7th grade year while he entered 6th grade and i first met him in my lang.arts class. He is the only friend I ever had when i first met him and i still hang out with him today.

Anyway, after I graduated middle school, mom pulled me out of the public school communtiy and entered homeschool. It was a different experience than public school but i got used to it.There are things i like to complain about my homeschool group is the fact that all the teenage boys they have there are complete idiots.I don't mean that because they make fun of me because they never did.I meant by the fact that they are so immature and rude. They get in trouble a lot and that's when some of their parents would spank some of their son's behinds whenever they do something really stupid. But i never hanged out with them and I'll never will.Theoretically, some of the kids they have in the group were sent to homeschool because of getting picked on while most of them never went to public school in their entire lives.

There are a lot of little kids over there as well and all the familys in the homeschool group, there are all christians leaving myself, mom and my sister not christians.Sometimes,I get really tired whenever they mentioned god to the students and I always feel like "Why do I need to know this?I'm not a christian and I don't care about god's beliefs!" But my mother tells them that we are not christians.

But,I like being in homeschool anyway as long as I keep my distance away from those immature teenage boys,I'll do fine.Like I said,it is a really different experience but it's nice and I still get to hang out my friend that I know in middle school.Well, that's my story of how I got picked on in school and why i have been sent to homeschool.Keep in touch with more blog posts from me in the future.

The story of my disorder:autism

I have a disorder called autism, and what it is basically is a developmental disability that results from a disorder of the human central nervous system. It is diagnosed using specific criteria for impairments to social interaction, communication, interests, imagination and activities.

I first got diagnosed when I was 4 and a half. My parents first noticed I acted different when I first started lining up my toys in a single straight line and that's when my parents took me to the hospital and asking the doctors to see if I was austistic or not. It turns out I did have autism.

There are a lot of behaviors for austistic children. The list below is not all-inclusive, and generally applies to children and not adults. Furthermore, while some of these behaviors might be seen in a person with autism, others may be absent.

Here are noted behaviors in children:

  • stares into open areas, doesn't focus on anything specific.
  • does not respond to his/her name.
  • cannot explain what he/she wants.
  • language skills are slow to develop or speech is delayed.
  • doesn't follow directions.
  • will fuss if didn't get what wanted.
  • at times, the child seems to be deaf.
  • seems to hear sometimes, but not other times.
  • doesn't point or wave "bye-bye."
  • doesn't understand the concept of pointing; will look at the hand pointing rather than the object being pointed at.
  • used to say a few words or babble, but now he/she doesn't.
  • throws intense or violent tantrums.
  • has odd movement patterns.
  • likes to spin around in a circle.
  • likes being in a place well known.
  • hands on ears often.
  • is overly active, uncooperative, or resistant.
  • doesn't know how to play with toys.
  • doesn't smile when smiled at.
  • has poor eye contact.
  • gets "stuck" doing the same things over and over and can't move on to other things.
  • seems to prefer to play alone.
  • gets things for him/herself only.
  • is very independent for his/her age.
  • does things "early" compared to other children.
  • seems to be in his/her "own world."
  • seems to tune people out.
  • is not interested in other children.
  • dislikes playing pretend.
  • walks on his/her toes.
  • shows unusual attachments to toys, objects, or schedules (i.e., always holding a string or having to put socks on before pants).
  • spends a lot of time stacking objects, lining things up or putting things in a certain order.
  • unconcerned about - or completely oblivious to - dangers around him/her (i.e., standing in the middle of the street without worrying about getting hit by a car).

Now,when a child with autism gets older and get's taught more by their parents, they won't do most of the behaviors they had when they were little anymore. For example in my case,I always had bad eye contact when I was little. Now I'm older and it's not as bad as it was before but I still have trouble with it whenever I'm talking to customers in publix, where I work at.Now doctors are trying to get infomation on how to cure people with austism and if hilary clinton wins the presidental election, they would have a bill pass to get more information on the disorder and see if they work on a serum. If she dosn't win, then the doctors will never get enough info about it.

There is a movie name "Rainman" which is about an austistic person played by Dustin Hoffman. His character has a totally broken brain and cannot function in the real world considering the rest of the people with austism who were taught well by parents like me. Unlike me, I am not as worse as he is.There are celebrities that have children that have autism like Dan Marino's son,Michael and Toni Braxton's son.To learn more about my disorder,Wikipedia would have all the infomation you want.
