My main problem with this has been the declaration that Metroid and Zelda are adventure games. These games only have the most basic elements of adventure games in that you find items and use them for puzzels. I'm not saying that Zelda and Metroid are bad but adventure games are more narative based and not action based. Personaly I find the term adventure games to be largely misused. This is probably due to the fact that adventure games lost a lot of there popularity in the late 90s. If you want to know some great adventure games look for Grim Fandango, Gabriel Knight, King's Quest, or Monkey Island.
I know that, but Xbox Live made console ONLINE gaming become huge (I think like 4 million original xbox live users or something). Xbox Live also had some nice features too.

So you never did play Golden Eye on the N64. Great game that was very popular. Got a 9.8 here at gamespot and introduced a quality multiplayer deathmatch for it's time (Before system link and online). Sold over 8 million copies. By your argument Golden Eye would be the first FPS on consoles. If you wantI can argue this more with other games like Doom but I think you get the idea.

just like people defending ps2 and 360's quality when you had to buy them over and over and over again. i had five ps2s and i have had three 360s and two ps3s... they make about as good a machine as mcdonalds does a burger.
Well I have had a 360 for a long timewith no problems and it has been the best console I have ever owned. So I guess McDonalds makes one hell of a quality burger now.
If you are going to argue it's betterifyou mention games? The big argument has always been that the wii mote makes gameplay so much better but there are few examples of this. You are ignorant because you do not have any idea what the definition of the word generation is. Clearly you just wanted to say something stupid with no facts. I think the short message I am trying to say is that Nintendo may has inovation in hardware but not in games. My friends have Wiis and all I have ever played on them are party games or gamecube games (SSBM). Also people have argued in the past about if microsoft or sony has better online but Wiis online is still nothing.
You are obviously not even trying to be inteligent on the subject because you are making fun of the graphical power of the other two consoles.
