Dragon's Crown looks REALLY REALLY AWESOME!! The gameplay, art style, and everything about the game looks AWESOME!!

On the other hand, Tales of Xillia looks lame and generic in comparison. Nothing unique about it, and it just looks stupid.

Opinions?

I was interested in playing Skyrim, but then I played Dark Souls.

And did you realize that Dark Souls lack of save game system basically ruins the game? Unless of course someone wants to play the same level a bazillion times.

Who cares if the PS4 is more powerful than the XBOX ONE? It's doesn't matter!! Both consoles are plenty powerful to run next gen games. Therefore, what matters is the quality of games you like.

For example, I like fighting games and RPGs, therefore I prefer having a PS3 over an XBOX 360. And for next gen, I chose an XBOX ONE first for Killer Instinct, then I will get a PS4 later on when some good fighting games or RPGs come out for it.

What is the point of arguing over specs of consoles each gen when exclusive games and multiplats always end up being comparable in graphics and performance?

Any thoughts on this?

The past few weeks I have been bashing to PS4 left and right. However, there is a reason for that. I want to keep debates on the systems fair for both sides. There are too many Cows on this forum and it's far too one-sided. Truth being told, yes the XBOX ONE has a much better launch lineup. There's no doubt about that. However, the PS4 will definitely get some good games within the next year because of the developer support it has and the long track record. That being said, I will be getting an XBOX ONE first simply for Killer Instinct, and I know it will have other great exclusives down the line, and so will the PS4.

Hardware-wise, both consoles are great. It's really hard to say which will have better graphics and performance.  However, Microsoft known for having great development tools and being able to squeeze more power out of their consoles than Sony. On the other hand, the PS4 is more powerful (at least in theory) so that might even out the playing field when it comes to graphics and performance.

And currently, I own a high-end gaming PC and a PS3, not an XBOX 360 (I sold it to get my PS3).

PS4 won't be the same in the "awful multiplat" category like with the PS2 & the PS3, bub.

Shinobi120

Yeah sure it won't. Keep dreaming.

Sony had done their homework this time around with easier development for 3rd party developers, 8 GB's of GDDR5 RAM, & a stronger GPU inside the PS4 console. This isn't the same Sony back in the PS2 & PS3 days.

Also, the original Xbox team that developed for both the original Xbox & the Xbox 360 are gone (they're the ones who made those consoles beefier in graphics & power). The same's not gonna happen with Xbox One with suits developing for the platform.

GDDR5 = high latency = bad idea

ESRAM = super low latency, super high bandwidth = great idea

Expect XBOX ONE multiplats to run better.

Not when it comes to Sony and multiplats, they don't. Deal with it.

Of course, hands down PC is the best for multiplats. I would choose the PC version of the game. The PC version will always have the very best graphics and performance.

If the game is not available on PC, then it makes sense to choose the Microsoft console version for best graphics and performance (on a console).

If the game is not available on either (very rare) and happens to somehow only be available on the Sony console, then the Sony console version is chosen as a last resort.

Joke topic? Why would i buy a multiplat on a Sony system, act like the last 10 years taught me nothing? PSN is shit and multiplats are 9/10 times superior on xbox.

That's what I was thinking. This must be a joke topic.
