From what I've played (which isn't much, about 5-6 hours) thats what it seems like; kill these, protect this guy, go here and talk to this guy, take this item for this person. But its not bad, the combat system is simple in of itself and the character development is really in depth.
Did you try signing up with your inital birthdate and then tried to access it again nad it tells you you are not old enough? Is this being done on a pc?
An easy way to overcome that is to purchase the console at Best Buy then when they ask if you want the two-year warranty say yes. Its like an additional $50 or so but thing is, you don't need to send it to Microsoft and wait for your console to come back; they will automatically replace it for you. If you have to replace the console you don't need to purchase another warranty. Also, when the warranty expires you can go ahead and purchase another one; so in all you'll be saving time and a bit of money.
Not unless there is something wrong with it. I don't think they'll replace it if nothing is wrong with it. But you could just take your chances and lie to them saying it has RRoD and just pray they send you a new console. (and by new i mean refurbished)
