Wacky Racers and South Park Rally are some pretty creative racing games that are quite underrated. They both have some really interesting levels and items, never had so much fun unlocking stuff as I did on south park rally.

I actually like the pre-rendered graphics of the earlier resident evil games. Some of the scenes in the Resident Evil 1 remake were stunning, so I'm with everyone else on that.

-Catching all the pokemon on pokemon red, had to trade with friends for some through link cables. -Getting through the original Resident Evil with only a knife in an hour or two (forgot exact time). -Buying a partyhat on runescape, then losing it along with an awesome friend who took it along with them =( (you guys probably don't care about rs around here though).

Though I havn't played IV, I really enjoyed III. Perhaps for nostalgic reasons alone, because it was my first game in the series, and they are all pretty similiar. Also no other game had as good of flight simulation as the Dodo had, that was so fun to fly, when I first learned you could, I pretty much stopped doing missions to fly it around listening to tunes on the radio. The other planes in the series offer no challenge like the Dodo

Blue Stinger for the dreamcast, obscure survival horror game that no one's heard of. Pretty bad camera angles, poor animation. But I loved the atmosphere, Christmas time in shopping malls. My mother watched me play a lot of the game too. I don't remember any other survival horror games I enjoyed as much. Also really enjoyed Star Fox Adventures on the gamecube, was kind of amazed that it is often rated so low.

No one mentioned Pikmin for the gamecube? That's a classic.

Without a doubt, things like motion controls, touch screens, and other gimmicks. They take you right out of the game even though there intended to do the opposite, it's just that your supposed to be immersed into your character through the buttons, and not start using some remote to destroy some block in your way with your real finger. Nintendo is especially guilty of this, inside their games results are randomized (in games like mario kart and brawl (the point system in mario kart 7 does a great job of fixing this problem without needing to throw in the blue shell)), as to avoid skillful players from completely destroying competition. They've started placing annoying unhelpful mascots to give your character endless tutorials on how to play the game.

Well I spent around 100 hours on it, so it'd be hard to say it's bad. I don't like the fact that it's too easy to "cheat" your way through to being ultra strong, by either using the commands or smithing + enchanting + alchemy. Also there aren't enough weapons or enemies in the game. They put far to much emphasis on the size of the world. I could never be bothered to explore it all, just all the same textures, enemies, and items to gather, new places start to seem even less new. As far as bugs, well I'm so used to playing emulators, the glitches and bugs go unnoticed by me, not very picky about such things.

I liked it on the 3ds, first time playing it this year. I wouldn't call it the best game I ever played, but it has that magic that most games these days don't have. Most games are far to linear now.
