ND got caught and Sony were lucky Ubisoft didn't sue. And if they did they'd have gotten a pretty lump sum from Sony regardless of the flawed logic you're trying to pass on here.

They did steal it, if not it wouldn't have been edited and different from the original.

Naughty dog removed the man standing close to the boat in an attempt to differentiate theirs from ubisoft which should tell anyone that it was done intentionally.

If it were a microsoft company that did this, i bet you would lose so many nights of sleep bashing them as hard as you can.

Kudos to Ubisoft for taking the high road.
