The MW2 haters are the most pathetic group of whiners in gaming today, outside of the BFBC2 community which are the biggest whiners of all time. BFBC2 will be a ghost town in a month and everyone will be back on MW2, which actually did not see much loss as far as I can tell when I play, the numbers are still huge on MW2.
No one will be showing a new console this E3. XBOX is launching NATAL and SONY is launching MOVE, expect those two gimmicks to take front stage for both companies. Nintendo I expect will be somewhat low key this E3.
It's true that MS does try to force hands and charge for DLC, however developers/publishers have the oppurtunity to force their hand and give away free DLC (look to ME2, where it isn't charged, and included in the price of the game).
This is the publishers fault at the end of the day. I agree that money should be charged for this DLC, as it's had man hours put in, but it's not really MS' fault.
Not to mention Activision made the choice of only putting 3 new maps in this DL then stuck 2 old COD4 maps that everyone already played this gen to make it seem like a fair value. This DLC should have included atleast 6-8 entirely new maps minimum for $15.
The whole point in a nutshell is this. XBOX LIVE created an enviroment ripe for milking the consumers for money. I realise PSN is copying this and i am not letting anyone off the hook. The Fanboys however always point out all of XBOX LIVE's good points but quickly gloss over its real purpose.........your money.
