I recently set up an old PC for the sole purpose of playing 90's and 80's games. Pentium 166 MHz and Voodoo 2, Sound Blaster AWE 64, Win 98 and DOS...

I've got a very similar system mostly built right now. The only problem I've had is finding a small enough capacity HDD to slap in my Pentium Pro 200, 64MB RAM, Voodoo 2, HP 4x CD writer, w/ Sound Blaster AWE Gold (I think it was). Once I find that 1-4GB HDD, I'll be all set to rock out in the entire Jane's library (I currently have the discs to AH-64D Longbow, Longbow 2, IAF, and F-15).
For every person who played Crysis and it's sequel there's 1 opinion and there's so much different opinions that you better download demo or warez and see for yourself and test your pc, then buy the game if you like or delete if you dislike.
I thougth the same when I red RA3.. anyway Insurgency is good tip I don't know why I have bad pings there can try it again, Americas army will be switched soon to new one and I won't run that one, will check that battlefield mod.. men of war had fine theme.. like soldiers:heroes of ww, I know there can't be that realistic (like cars actually don't explode) games without making it military simulation like VBS which leave it almost unplayable, but I'm sure there is a lot games I'm not aware of.. anyone who have tips please post here...
search for those with integrated sound card, the downside is USB connector, the upside is sound, and they can be bought for the same price as many lower quality products
