hate to break it to ya but thats the reason for any sport. NFL, NBA,NHL, MLS they are all in it to make money there is no other reason. If they didnt make any money then there would no longer be an NHL its all about the money, not just he All-Star game but the regular season to.
It definitely was (and still is) a good card! can you believe it came out Nov 8th 2006? thats OVER 2 years!
For those who bought when it first came out they definitely got a futureproof card! truly amazing!

yeah i got mine in Jan 2007 and I can still play most games on high with no lag. The new Prince of Persia and Farcry 2 max out with no lag with an 8800gt i got my moneys worth.
My friend finally payed me back the money. I bought her a couch and chair awhile ago. I'm thinking about giving it to charity. But a part of me wants to save the money. What would OT do in this dire situation??

Charity???? hell no man save it. ppl are loosing there jobs left and right you never know you could be next and need the 8,000$$
hasn't this always been the case? i haven't seen anything on either console that couldn't be done on the other. Gears of War could be done on the ps3 its the unreal engine so of course it could be. Same with Killzone 2 it looks really good but its nothing i don't think the 360 couldn't handle. Its not like last gen, where a game like Splinter Cell: Chaos Theroy on the xbox looked sooooooo much better than anything the ps2 could do. Neither console has pulled away in terms of graphics.
