I'd rather get rid of any gifs. I don't have the greatest of internet and they don't load very fast at all.

Don't think so. I have deleted for example, The Witcher. It still has like a 300KB folder that has the saves inside of it.

Turn off V-sync. It caps it at 30 and it's pretty choppy. It's not worth $60, I beat it in like 5 hours. Overall, it is a fun game, but way too short.

The Witcher Vanilla > Oblivion Vanilla. The Witcher is still better than Oblivion with mods but it's much closer.
