Since when was Dead Space Horror? I didn't get scared at all in that game. Also, according to geography, Projekt CD (The Witcher) is in Poland which is East of NA consumers. GT5 is still better than Forza even though it got a lower score. I don't play platformers very much so I can't comment on that. Amnesia is by far the scariest game this gen and it was also East of NA.
I don't see why people say Bayonetta is even on par with God Of War, I liked Bayonetta but the story and gameplay was so much better on God of Wars side. Bayonetta seemed like it was just a Devil May Cry rip off.
