I see PC as the best one. It has people dedicated to modding (see Fallout and Oblivion). It also doesn't have the little 12 year olds screaming in your ear. The PS3 is probably second seeing how it is the "mature" console. 360 isn't very far behind PS3 but I find that to be the one that has the little kids screaming in your ear the most.
This album is awesome. Not quite as good as Dying is Your Latest Fashion, but it is definitely better than This War is Ours. Post your favorite song, mine is The Aftermath (G3).
