How are we suppose to know, MW3 hasn't even shown a glimpse of gameplay. But if past installments are anything to go by, BF3.

There is absolutely no point in that much AA. Specs would help, though.

6 years isn't really that old. The graphics are fine. The game is pretty amazing, though.
