I am sick to the back of my teeth of hearing about how mobile games are the future! I would rather eat my own arm than put serious gaming time into a piece of light-hearted fluff. True gamers know that consoles and PC gaming are the way forward. Serious games with proper stories and refreshing stories. Not some game I pay 70p for and play on the bus when I'm bored.. Also, most Indie game developers are only making games like they do because they don't have the resources to make serious games like the bigger developers! They just see it as a foot in the door, get them started on their way to the big-time.
"Didn't fit with our vision" Yeah, it might not fit with yours, pretty sure it fits with everyone elses. EA, just leave the gaming industry and hand your IPs onto other, better Developers/publishers. Ones who's intent is not to screw every person who pays them money.
To be honest, as long as there are enough games in the pipeline ready for around launch time, then I'm not too bothered. I just hope the launch lineup is promising. PS3's wasn't exactly brilliant..
@nivek5721 If you could spell and punctuate properly it would actually make this statement plausible. But the way you wrote that makes you sound like a moron. And if you're worried about Sony being pricey, then Microsoft are going rape EVERYONE'S bank accounts.
It's disappointing that the modding community for this game have had to basically save it's visuals. I wouldn't mind, but graphics are quite an integral thing to horror games, so you would have thought Gearbox would put the effort into them initially..
@fatee @BladeTrinity114 Well I should have clarified what I meant by high-profile games; I was talking along the lines of exclusive versions of games already on PlayStation, Xbox and PC. I mean, I'd love to see a Bethesda RPG such as Fallout/TES on there.
