Obviously I win by default! :P

waZelda

You win possibly, but not by default. BlinDShot didn't say specifically that you had to write a poem, so I didn't.

Yes, he's right. He wins. I don't have rabies ><

Aidan says:
Using my mad math skillz, I was able to fix the problem though.
---

Talking about the huge favour he did for me ...

Aidan says:
So........ you're happy with the CD artwork?

Josh -- I Always Said I wanted to Be Somebody, But I Should've Been More Specific says:
 Overjoyed.

Aidan says:
 Kewl.
My first one, so I wasn't sure how it would all turn out.

Josh -- I Always Said I wanted to Be Somebody, But I Should've Been More Specific says:
Well now you have experience! All you need is microphone, your CD Artwork Experience, and a bucket of hope

Aidan says:
What do I need a mic for?

Josh -- I Always Said I wanted to Be Somebody, But I Should've Been More Specific says:
You need to put some songs on the CD
 !

Aidan says:
Why don't I just download them illegally?

Josh -- I Always Said I wanted to Be Somebody, But I Should've Been More Specific says:
 ...
 YOU'RE SINGING THE SONGS

Aidan says

[QUOTE="sandyqbg"]What's an epic poem?lerfish

Definition: A long and highly stylized narrative poem celebrating the heroic achievements of its hero. Homer's Iliad and Odyssey are usually regarded as the first important epic poems and are considered to define the form.

just out of interest could samuel taylor coleridge's "Rime of the Ancient Mariner" count as one? kind of... perhaps?

The last 'great' epic is considered to be Milton's Paradise Lost. Rime of the Anicent Mariner is a fantastic poem from just before the year 1800 (1798 or whatever)isconsidered to be a lyrical ballad. Just think epic poem is one that uses high language to honour heroic achievements. You're over thinking it. Tell a story of a heroic warrior and well -- use exageration, use hyperbole -- tell a heroic tale in that stylized language :)

[QUOTE="linkthewindow"][QUOTE="BlinDShoT95"][QUOTE="linkthewindow"] Forgot about Pikmin :P I've played Harvest Moon when I owned a GC before, may purchase again, but it's quite rare and expensive. Played Animal Crossing on the DS, overall feeling was meh :(

Where are you that Harvest Moon is expensive? I've seen it for 12.99, and 14.99 Canadian.

They didn't seem to print many copies in Australia. However, I have seen it on Ebay for $40AU, which is about the going rate for GC games. I guess my original statement was wrong :)

Heh it's cool, just surprised me ... that's all :)
