With the trophys in infamous do i have to get them all in one play through or can i play more than one save to collect them?

I liked Left 4 dead as my all time fave, but for the PS3 i'd have to say MGS 4 solid snake the number 1 hero

i would end up with both, but i'd rather have cod 5 first... even though i turn into the exercist while playing cod games
