I've been using Steam for around 3 years now & i have about 50 games. I haven't had one single problem with Steam yet.

Steam is great.

EDIT: Ghox, why did you dig this thread up?

So i've been playing the recon class the most since i've started Bad Company 2 & there is something that doesn't look right.

As you can see from the screenshot below, i've unlocked the first to unlocks for the class, but the third unlock requires a ridiculous amount of points for it to be unlocked, 10002100 points infact.

Is this suppose to be? If so, do you have any idea why there is such a massive point difference between the second & third unlock?

.

On the back of Bioshock 2, it does state "LIVE is not available in all countires, please visit, such & such for details" - so i'm assuming it states this on every GFWL associated game. Nevertheless, it is stupid.

If your PC specs are able to run both at high settings, then get both for PC.

"If you get disconnected while playing, you're booted out of the game"

LOL this is hilarious. But not in a good way. What do Ubisoft think they have here with AC2? The best game to ever be created. A masterpiece in gaming that is going to sell 14 million. They're putting possibly the worst DRM which has been seen in any game, on one of the most medicore titles this gen.

Solar-X

Exactly.

I'm playing the Bad Company 2 beta, & i would suggest you to buy it.

To be honest, it doesn't matter if you're not good at FPS's because you can help your team in so many ways to gain points. Be a medic, hand out med kits. Be assault, hand out ammo. Use the vehicles that are available to you.

Don't get me wrong, aiming & being able to kill the enemy is required, but you can rack up those points by just helping out your team. Those points you gather will level you up & unlock certain items for the class you're playing with.

If you're not too confident with getting up close & personal, there's the recon class, which involves sniper rifles.

You will get better the more you play & you'll become familiar with the maps & what your class is capable of.
