Demon's Souls is the 2nd best souls game, right behind Dark Souls. I've thought about this for years, and Steven's line does well saying it:
"Where Dark Souls once challenged players to muddle their way through a crumbled world beyond their understanding--including in terms of game mechanics--Elden Ring throws in barrel-rolling light-show superbosses that take hours and hours to master."
Elden Ring is great, it's the best all-around experience in the series. The roots of Souls games, the environments, item and character management being the real challenge, are what I fell in love with from the series.
I don't think it really matters. Fallout 4 saw a burst of sales and 76 is getting new players. I'm sure a new game would have generated some more, but they're doing fine
I am not even sure what kind of person still watches any of the Walking Dead stuff. It pales so much in comparison to the books, the main show was an absolute disaster for the second half of its run, the only primary characters left have Angelic Plot Armor +10, and nothing about what they have planned inspires much confidence. AMC ruined this universe and just keeps doing more to further drag it down.
If you do enjoy it, more power to you. AMC's Walking Dead universe has truly become a walker and nothing more.
