I do my best to not use a guide on the first playthrough. If it's a game I truly enjoyed I'll go back through with a guide to find what I may have missed.

I would never feel bad for doing it. I imagine a game developer would get a kick out of knowing they stumped some people, too.

Anymore it's The Show or NHL, I haven't really played one in a couple years admittedly though.

I don't like it; I do not enjoy gambling of any kind really outside of some card/dice games. It's a complete waste of time and money for me.

Depends on the game, also sometimes narrative choices in a story will take a game in one direction or another. I don't think I have a preference - I've always like the way healing works in The Witcher III.

Legend of Zelda, NES. I was young enough to be blown away by the complexity of it (at the time) while at the same time old enough to grind my way through it one dungeon at a time. Then the second world...Truly a great experience.

I used to buy used all the time, there were moments where a lot of my active games were used.

I don't think so. Difficulty is not mandatory for a game to be interesting, either.

Sure. It always depends on the situation - I typically keep a friends list for those I prefer to game online with and party chat, otherwise I might use it randomly but that would be pretty rare. It would have to be a game that absolutely required communication.
