I don't think most of you understand Developers do not care about used sales and what customers want from used games. They do not care what used game sales do for the business and they never will. People who buy the games new will always do so games developers wont lose out on anything from used game lock outs. Only the consumer will lose, it will never change the fact they want more money and people buying there games used does not make them money. So what if 200,000 people boycott a new console the money will be made in some other form. Just get over the fact you will not change anything.
@amazon09 That was actually a rumour and you are correct it is not true, if you look at the benchmarks of a lot of reviews the 2gb 680 is still coming up short when compared to a gtx 590 or ATI 6990 i know these cards are technically 2 in 1 but still. I have pre ordered 2 gtx 680 4gb models will most likely take some time to get them but i have actually sold one of gtx 590 for 450 english pounds not bad considering the usage i got from them. The spare 590 i have will now be a dedicated Physic x card i guess. Either way gtx 680 is a great single gpu card and a very nice price all things considered. Users with a gtx 590 there really is no point getting a 680 as you will actually lose raw power then again your electric bills would be that little bit smaller hehe hold out for the 690 hopefully 5gb model mmm yes please. 580 single gpu users looking to upgrade will get there money worth for sure.
