The game was not a lazy effort. They had over 200 people working on it which is probably the root of the problem and you could see it in the mismash of styles for each campaign. A small talente cohesive team would be better. They spent a lot of money of they game. Just went about it the wrong way.

That's the point that I was trying to get across. If this game actually did have terrible sales then Capcom would have to rethink their strategy, but with 4.8 millions sold that's less likely to happen.
I don't think so because this numbers indicate that it would have sold a lot more without the negativity. Shows how strong the brand is. How many 4.5 rated games go on to sell 5 million copies?

Lol, if you can make half ass game and still make money then why would you put effort into it for maybe a slight increase in sales?
You have to contact Costumer Support for a username change, though know that this is only done in rare instances such as public information being reveal in the username. Keep in mind that this is up to Customer Support's discretion and does not guarantee a username change.
