Power Stone is a no-brainer, but Soul Calibur has a neat 1v1 mode.

Star Fox 64 is really short, so I don't see why you'd want to save anyways.

Great replay value. :-)

^Kudos.

I'm going to pick Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem. Not because it's underrated as such, but because many people don't even mention it in GameCube discussions I've had - probably due to it bombing at retail. In all of the GameCube discussions I've had, I have always been the first to give it a mention. More people need to play this gem.

On the same note, The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening is always missing in Zelda discussions. I've heard countless people rant on about the brilliance of A Link to the Past, Ocarina of Time, and whatever, yet they always fail to mention LA, which I consider to be one of the most well designed games in the franchise, and also the first killer action-adventure on a handheld platform. Yet so many Zelda fans ignore it so they have more space to gush over ALttP and OoT... *sigh*

Well, I replay games alot, but there's a few I'll play again and again over a short period of time:-

Resident Evil 4, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Super Metroid, and recently Final Fantasy VI.
