The same reason people buy Halo and COD: They're popular. Plus, he's Nintendo's icon and the icon of games in general. Of course he's going to star in a lot of games, crappy or not.

oh yes it was. If you read his post you would see that he said that he hates his Wii and in your post you were directly aiming at people who hate the Wii.
