I recently bought the new 360 and I want to transfer everything from my old HDD to my new one. I know in order to do this you need a transfer kit that costs $20 new. I was wondering if there is a cheaper way to do it, like if GameStop or Play and Trade can do it for you in store or something, or if they have special deals for that. Thanks!

I didn't because I originally only had a 20 GB but I have the new 360 coming in the mail so I'm probably going to install just about all the games I play.
