Maybe that means the Virtual Console for the Switch is coming out soon. I guess they don't want this to compete? I don't know, seems like a dumb idea. You don't discontinue a product that flies off the shelves. I've never actively looked for one, but if I saw one of the shelf I'd most likely buy it. That's definitely true now.
I've been interested in the series for a while, but the first few games are a bit difficult to come by. This is great, and at $30 even! Here's hoping the next few games get a remake, or even remastered.
Talking about how cool something is makes it sound really uncool. Something that is actually cool wouldn't acknowledge how cool it is. It would be too cool for that.
This was never going to be a mainstream game. I'm still looking forward to it. The term "outdated" means nothing to me, I've been playing games from the 90s for the past couple weeks. On a tube TV even!
They're hurting simply because other companies are better than they are. Amazon and Best Buy offers 20% off new titles, and there's some local businesses (plus ebay and again Amazon) offering better prices on used titles. They aren't even trying to compete anymore.
They overestimated how much people would pay for a mobile game. $5 would have been a sweet spot I think. I will never spend $10 on a phone game. And once the game stops getting support it may just stop working on newer devices.
