I still say it should have had an opening crawl. Even the comics and a game about pod racing had an opening crawl. Still liked the movie though.

I think removing the opening crawl is absolutely the wrong decision. Even most of the games have the opening crawl. A game about Pod Racing has the opening crawl. You have to have the opening crawl! "We feel that that is proprietary with the saga films." That is just factually incorrect. Even the gee dee comics now have the opening crawl.
