There seems to be a lot of movies coming out where there's a ton of material that gets cut. Last Jedi was like a 4 hour movie that had important stuff cut out, like the last scene with Phasma. So many movies just feel empty and rushed, even if they're over 2 hours long. So what I'm saying is leave it all in, guys! This movie deserves to not have anything cut out simply for time. Pacing is important, and sometimes that actually entails making stuff longer instead of shorter.
I always thought the DOA series was way underrated. I legitimately believe it's one of the most fun fighters out there. I think the fanservice has been holding it back from being taken more seriously. Been playing since DOA2 on the Dreamcast, I'm glad to see the series is still around. Can't wait for this one!
This kind of extreme negativity and lashing out is one of the reasons why lots of people didn't go see the reboot. Most people didn't skip the movie because it had women in it, they skipped it because it looked terrible. Using the sexism card here is shameful. Women are actually being oppressed in places. All that's happening here is that people didn't like the movie you were in. Like, you are a MOVIE STAR. You are not being oppressed. They are making a movie continuing the original story, which is what should have happened to begin with.
@calgamer1: Before the Disney Empire took over, there were different tiers of canon. Basically unless a higher tier contradicted a lower tier, then it was considered canon. The movies were top tier, then books/comics, then games. And only the story sections were canon, not gameplay. It was complicated for sure, but it allowed for much more creativity than what Disney is doing. Now absolutely nothing interesting is happening. They would benefit greatly from loosening their hold a little.
I knew EA would do a terrible job with their exclusive rights to make Star Wars games, but I was thinking more along the lines of releasing bad Star Wars games, instead of basically no Star Wars games. What are these people doing all day?! How are they successful? Why are people still giving them money?!
Somebody needs to remind Capcom that Street Fighter V launched for $60 and isn't a free to play game. Because I feel like they think this is a free to play game. It definitely should have been with the barebones content it had at launch.
