I just wanted to acknowledge the 1st anniversary of Michael's death today 5th December :cry:

Seeing as ch 10 is playing random repeats of NCIS atm, I was hoping they would play the S4 eps "Once a Hero" and "Smoked" I think those were the only 2 eps he was in? (Correct me if I'm wrong)

On the ep where they delt with the loss of his character "Skeletons" (in a crappy way mind you - both Abby and Marty were fine with the height difference) why didn't they put atribute to him at the end of the ep? If his wife Meredith didn't want them to put anything then that's fine but I was waiting for them to put something at the end of the ep.

While I'm on the subject of NCIS, poor Pauley, she got quite close to him - her and her boyfriend (whose name is also Michael) and Michael and Meredith went to concerts and stuff together.

I don't know what else to write, I was just thinking about him, his wife Meredithand this time last year when we found out so I had to write something. The first year is always the hardest and being so close to Christmas just makes it that much worse :(

I made a fan video about Michael and his time on NCIS as a sort of tribute to him but windows movie maker stopped working for me a couple of months ago and I can't afford a video program just yet. I had wanted to get it posted b4 or by today but, nothing much I can do about it atm.

Someone did make a video though and it's a great video, I'll post the link if you want to look at it.

*Edit* - I checked out the forums on Ten's official site and apparently they didn't squish the boys in QLD or WA. After so much complaining from the rest of us who had to watch squished Dean and Sam, they corrected it. Now everyone is posting comments like "Thank you ten for listening and correcting" :P I'm sorry but there is no way I could EVER thank this network!! Squishing the boys is just another ten'ism to add to the ever growing list of things ch 10 does to annoy it's viewers! Apparently there was a lot of swearing and stuff going on when ppl were complaining and I agree that there's no need for that (in the forums anyway :P) but ch 10 has done too much and gone too far to ever redeem itself. They'd have to do something pretty freakin spectacular! There were comments saying we probably only missed some credits or something or maybe the last few seconds. I don't think so! Who are you trying to convince :P if that's how you want to console yourself over this that's all good. I'm too much of a fan (a little obsessive but come on it's Supernatural :P) to just go "oh well, we didn't miss much, it's all good thanks ten for letting other states see full size Dean and Sam" :P They could at least give us the Christmas ep, some ppl heard it was going to air here on the 24th...:lol: Yep, I'm sure that'll happen - this is ch 10 you're talking about :lol: that's so funny :P It was a brotherly scene concerning their future AND they were working on the Impala, now tell me again how we didn't miss much!!!! :shock: That could be one of best and most memerable brotherly moments/scene of the season and how will Aussies in all states bar QLD and WA remember it??? Interrupted, squished and silent!! Can't thank youenough ch 10 :P:P:P:P

In reading over that and it sounds nasty to some of the ppl who commented on the whole situation on the ten site. I didn't intend for it to sound like that and I'm not trying to start something (maybe with ch 10 :P) but I'm just so mad and tired of waiting for this network to be kind to it's viewers and just give us our shows in full!!!! It's never going to happen though :( GIVE US THE CHRISTMAS EPISODE!! :cry:

So obviously this blog is about ch 10 (an Aussie free-to-air channel that sucks out loud!) and how much I hate this channel - oh let me count the ways :P

...Where to start, last Monday night - The Supernatural ep "Fresh Blood" aired here in Aus. Whatever was on b4 it ran overtime like every week, then all was going well and I don't think there were too many ads which was a plus. Then we get to the last scene, the whole ep was great but that last scene, that brotherly moment...I was thoroughly enjoying it when halfway thru the scene, ch 10 decides to cut the audio and squish Dean and Sam down to the bottom of the screen so they can freakin advertise something!!!! :evil::evil:

I can't remember what they were advertising, another show or something so SUKED IN CH 10 YOUR STUPID ADVERTISING PLOY DIDN'T WORK! :P I was in shock, I didn't think ch 10 would go that low. So I'm yelling at the tv - well ch 10 while the scene was still running, I think Dean might of said something else. I wish I taped it so I could upload that part to youtube and b!tch about ch 10 :P

They finally unshrink Dean and Sam but there's still no audio to hear the last bit and then it rolls to the credits! I was furious, I am still so mad about it coz it's one of MANY things ch 10 does that p!&$es me off!!

A couple of eps b4 this they decided to stop showing the preview for the following weeks ep. Didn't give us a reason, they can't say they didn't have it like they did with House coz we are 2 weeks behind the US so they had the ad. Then they rarely play thepromo leading up to the next ep. Even on the Monday when Supernatural is on that night, they don't play it that much. Oh but of course they manage to play the ad for House and Life and the 5th grader show every single freakin ad break just about!! (yes I do have too much time on my hands but I watch ch 10 on Monday's at work to try and catch the promo :P)

The other shows I mentioned would be ch 10's pet shows, they continually show the promos and all that. On the 5th grader promo they even did a bit of self promotion where in the ep Rove mentioned ch 10. COME ON!!!! how much does this network love itself?!?! Ch 10's other pets would be all that so called reality TV which don't get me started on them coz I don't want to offend ppl who watch the shows.

Idol and Big Brother ALWAYS go overtime which means every other show goes over and it stuffs up timer recording or whatever. Esp BB, I can't stand that show (sorry to anyone who likes it) That goes overtime big time, every time!! Ppl, find some other way to get your 15mins of fame, I hear youtube is good for that :P They go on and on about crap. Cut them off, move onto the next show and just make up a "special show" Seen at a "special time" (preferably never :P) then you can show all the extra crap the hostwanted to go on about so I don't have to put up with it!!

I wish I could get everyone to dl the shows they watch that air on ch 10 and boycott the channel. I'm so sick of it.

NCIS is another one, they won't show that until probably Feb 08 and even then the love the repeats a little too much.

"There's a repeat over here and repeat over there, there are lots of repeats on ch 10 every week, every show. It's the most annoying Australian channel!" :P:lol: (sung to the tune of that song on playschool :P "There's a spot over here and a spot over there..." You know you know the song :P

Fasttracking - ch 10 think they are clever fasttracking Supernatural, they think it'll get the ch more ratings (not if you keep treating your viewers like crap!) Sure it says in TV Week that the viewer NO's are up 200,000 but we're still 2 weeks behind the US. I know, I sound very picky but that's only coz it's ch 10 in control of SPN over here :P They could very easily show it a few hrs after the US, I would like SPN to be on a Friday night.

Ch 7 fasttracks Bionic Woman a few hrs after the US I think and I'm pretty sure we aren't 2 weeks behind with House (shown on ch 10 but it's one of ch 10's pet shows as I mentioned earlier) Now with the small break in the US with SPN, ch 10 will probably stop fasttracking it this year, we'll be lucky to see the Christmas ep in Christmas 08!!

There are other complaints I have but I can't remember the specifics atm, I just know when something seems to go wrong I see what ch I'm watching and think why am I not surprised this is happening on ch 10!!

Do any Aussies know if last weeks "ch 10ism" on SPN was complained about in TV Week or on the ch 10 website?

I am really getting fed up with ch 10 so I absolutely LOVE it when the comedy shows like comedy inc. send up ch 10 :lol::lol: Well, actually they're sending up the individuals on ch 10 like the news readers but still :P

When ch 10 were doing those "I believe" promos (I love the NCIS and Supernatural ones but still cringe when they say they believe there's no better place to be :P) After filming them apparently, I can't speak for all but Michael Weatherly (Tony on NCIS) said the network sent him this post card type thing with a pic of Bondi Beach on it. Oh how thoughtful... :P:P

Seeing as the ep of SPN that ch 10 screwed up was about vampires, maybe I should let my cat loose on the network :P

At long freakin last! Summer is here in Aus :D Being the 1st official day of Summer although you wouldn't know it, it's usually warmer than this by now :( I know I'm in the minority with loving the heat but anyway :P:lol: Not that there is any heat atm :(

So a new blog was long overdue for me and I had to post a blog December 1st being the 1st day of summer and all :P:D

I watched the latest ep of NCIS last night - Requiem :cry: It was all about Gibbs and his daughter and someone connected to that :cry: The opening scene was just amazing! I loved it! :D Mark Harmon and Michael Weatherly put in brilliant performances and the desparation in Tony's voice in one scene got me misty eyed :cry::P MW does pull off the drowned rat look really well :twisted::lol: (I'd post a pic of said yummyness but my comp won't let me save pics :( ) I don't like the new Kelly, I want the other girl back :P

Seeing as I can't post any pics from the ep, I'll post a link to a vid of the opening scene which is obviously a SPOILER :P The downside to the scene was something Tony did wrong - he didn't even make it look right and a lot of ppl have complained about it. I'm not going to be that nit picky, besides I was too busy perving on Michael :twisted: and :cry:ing and :lol:ing to care :P

How could I laugh when it was such a tear jerker? Even in all the seriousness, Tony still found a way to joke about it all. Actually this happened throughout the ep but I'm concentrating on the opening scene.

The Supernatural S3 ep Bedtime Stories is on tonight here in Aus...That's good :D

Seeing it will just make me think of the out of this world awesome convention that some extremely lucky Supernatural fans are at...That's bad :cry:

The fans at said convention are updating us all constantly though and there are some really funny stories. There are also going to be photos and videos...That's good :D

I am so freakin jealous of all at the convention :? I can't afford to go to the Asylum convention next year without doing something like robbing a bank (a plan that is becoming increasingly popular with those left behind this time around :P)...That's bad :cry:

I didn't have to work today and the weather is finally warming up...That's good :D

The writers strike, give them what they want and give us our shows back!! I'm addicted to 2 US shows and don't know what I'll do if my new ep fix is taken away for too long :(...That's bad :cry:

I hate seeing ads for Christmas movies, Jared's Christmas movie should be one of those but isn't. It feels like Jensen's movie Ten Inch Hero is never going to be released. While a movie Michael suposedly made last year, we got one little article/interview about it and now nothing! It's vanished into thin air :( It sounded really good too and Michael had the lead part...That's bad :cry:

My sister rescued a duckling from a cat last night. We searched for the mummy duck and the rest of the ducklings but there was no sign of them. (don't forget, I'm out of good things so there is only one way this story is going to end. If I was you I'd read no further but if you insist, don't say I didn't warn you :P) It seemed to be doing quite well last night, it had a bit of a sore leg but otherwise seemed fine. They kept it warm and gave it water but I got a message this morning to say it had died :cry::cry::cry::cry:

I have nothing good to balance that out :? Also in the last 2 weeks I've been to a funeral, had 2 death anniversaries in a row and I missed the Melbourne Cup :P I've NEVER missed the Melbourne Cup! I was busy looking at pics of Jared and Jensen mind you :twisted::lol: Not to mention the race was earlier than previous years. Also I think I've broken my toe :P (should it still be bruised and sore 2 weeks after dropping a bag on it :?) One more thing :P My computer won't let me save any pics and there are so many great pics, motivators and icons in the SPN pics thread and on ppls blogs that I want :cry: I can use my dad's computer but it's getting annoying. My email isn't working properly today either. At least tv.com bugs are seemingly absent today *touch wood* stuff that *grabs piece of wood to carry around just to be sure :P:lol: *

They also keep toying with my emotions on NCIS with a character's life in danger every freakin week!! :P

Is the funniest movie I have seen in a long time :D I :lol: so much I :cry::P

I had heard ppl say it was funny and I thought it was just your average funny movie but boy was I wrong! It's a bit predictable and has a fair bit of swearing in it but it's still really funny.

When it was advertised in the local paper here it said you won't be able to catch your breath it's so funny. That is esp true in the last 15mins I think when everything in the movie has just gotten so chaotic but it's hilarious. People were hanging onto the seat in front of them they were laughing so much.

I'd do a review but I suck at writing reviews and my computer won't let me save any pics so I can't add any :(

Everyone should see this movie, well not everyone - according to IMDB it's rated R but I'm pretty sure it wasn't rated that here. It's not a movie for kids. if anyone can get thru this movie without laughing at any of it...They're either dead or not human :P One scene in particular, I could see what was coming and I was already laughing :P I was still laughing at some of it after walking out of the theater :lol: So you get the point it's funny :P

I don't know if any of you have seen the show "My Family" (I think it's only on cable now) the guy on that who played the oldest son. He is in the movie and he is brilliant! - Kris Marshall is his name :D

There is a bit of toilet humor that is just gross, it could of done without that scene. Just my opinion but I think they went too far witht the guys face and yuk.

Never take a valium :P A lot of ppl in the movie were given this "valium" that someone had and this one guy...He played the part so well and the results were just hilarious :lol: It's making me laugh thinking about it again.

There is one quote from this guy that won't seem like anything until you've seen the movie but it cracks me up whenever I think of that scene...

"I told you!" :lol::P This poor guy, he was right all along...not really but he kind of was :P Oh man, it'll give you a good laugh that's for sure. One of my aunts that went with us said she hasn't had a good belly laugh like that for a long time (she wasn't too keen on the swearing but said it was funny in the context it was used)

I can't think what else to write about it without giving anything away, I couldn't do it justice telling you what happened anyway. I think it's one you just have to see for yourself :D I'm buying it when it comes out on DVD, I would LOVE to see outtakes on this one or any behind the scene/special feature. I don't know how they got thru some scenes.

I'm no good with rating a movie either but I'll give it a 8/10 because of a fair bit of it being predictable. Also I wanted to see the full effect of 5 of those pills on "Peter" which you didn't get to see for reasons that are spoilery :P Oh and the scene I didn't really like (makes you wanna gag :P)

Anyway, yesterday I saw an actual Impala!! I'm still not sure if the other one I saw is an Impala but I knew there was one around here somewhere.

I check out all cars incase an Impala should go by :P and I was on my way home and I looked up and saw this car up ahead and I wanted to scream out it's a Metallicar! but the friend I was with just doesn't understand the brilliance of Supernatural :( So I just watched it go by and it was in good condition too. It was black (even better) and shiny - I'm guessing the owner is probably as protective of it and loves it as much as Dean does his Metallicar :P

That sighting made my day :lol::D Not being a Monday it was the best I could ask for :P

I was watching ch 10 the other night to see the latest Supernatural ad (as you do when you're completely obsessed with a show :P) I was ignoring all other ads including a Harvey Norman ad.

So I'm sitting there ignoring most ads when suddenly I hear "Jensen" I look up and it's just the end of the Harvey Norman ad and I think it's just my Supernatural obsessed brain playing tricks on me. An hour or 2 later I hear it again so now I'm not only watching the ads for SPN ads but also for this Harvey Norman ad (sad I know :P) I hear it again the next day and then I think it was the day after that I was actually at Harvey Norman so of course I'm searching all the outdoor funiture's descriptions looking for his name :P Didn't get to look at them all so when I got home I decided to settle this once and for all and see if I was just hearing things.

I googled it and what do you know, I wasn't hearing things :lol: So now I need some outdoor furniture :P:D
