Maybe you just wore out that key? Are you pushing to hard?gmaster456

No. It is happening with a new keyboard thats 3 days old and it always happened with my old one too. I'm using Windows 7 64-bit at the moment but the same thing has happened and Vista 64 and XP 32.

I have a rather annoying problem.... When playing games, my keyboard keeps stalling, like I'm holding 'W' to move forward and it will suddenly stop moving and i have to repress the buttom to start moving again. I have had this problem for a few years now and have never found a solution. it's happened over 3 different systems, with 2 different pairs of Microsoft wireless keyboards. Can someone PLEASE help me solve this issue?

[QUOTE="kaim_i"]

if you are running 4gb, get 32bit version, your jsut wasting money with 64bit

Yeah thats true but long term the cost of downgrading to Windows 7 32bit compared to the long term ability to just add more ram out weights the short term effect of it. As others have said the Graphics card is the worst area really of that system, if you can upgrade that then thats what I would look at. Is this a system you already own or are looking to get?

Already own, didn't want anything too expensive, just wanted to replace my 6 year old pc

I believe you need to have either xp or vista installed first, and then you will be given the option to format and do a clean install when you pop the disk in.

Can anyone confirm this? I have a windows xp I could instal first then 7 over the top

Hey fellow Gamespotters, I need your infinite wisdom to answer this question for me :P

I am getting a new computer shortly without an OS on it, and I am planning on buying Windows 7.

Since I am a student I can get Windows 7 for AU$50 but it is the 'Upgrade' version, I was wondering if you can still use this to do A full clean instal on a new pc or if I'm going to have to end up paying full price for the normal version?

Thx
