Isn't Mass Effect supposes to be a long game with all those planets to explore?

Where did the thread maker get the idea that Mass Effect would be short?!?!

I'm in Canada and ya the Orange box title on the front of the cover has the french writing bigger then the english. I also questioned an employee...he didnt know why. Usually in cases like this the English is in bigger writing then the french.Cujo31

Too bad they still can't get NBA right... what happened to the, I don't know, pre-2003 NBA Live games? Those were actually good.

Still, no question that EA has NHL, FIFA, and NFL down. Maybe 08 will be the year they get NBA right too :P.

I can't wait to get this fighting game too.

Been a long time since DOA 4 came out.

Make sure all the basics are well-done.

This includes camera angle, controls, and playability.

Lots of games did well in other areas but failed in the basics will not be a fun game eventually.

Get the fundamentals right before going into "great gameplay" or 'next-gen graphics"

Sooo.... My topic is about the future. Blu-Ray right now is still in development for the ps3 games. The games right now are short and dont even use 2/5 of disk space. Given in a few months that Blu-Ray will finally use its full potential and use all the disk space making games worthwhile. Right now Dual-Layer used by the 360 is getting old and sooner or later people will realize that most the 360 games are short. My point is that I don't think people know that disk space will probably be the winning factor of this competition. Longer Games= More fun and Satisfaction. I forsee imminent defeat ahead!

Most games doesn't even use up 1 dual-layer DVD, what makes you think in a few years, PS3 will be winning?

I doubt any game in this gen will probably exceed 15G which can be fitted into 2 dual-layer DVD. Troublesome, yes, but Gamecube survived and some of their games had up to 3 discs.

Next-gen DVDs won't be a factor in this console war but it will be the difference in the next one as I'm sure Microsft, Sony and Nintendo will use whichever Blu-Ray or HD-DVD which either one wins.

Is there a difference between a fan and a fan boy, i think so.

I am a fan of the xbox and xbox 360 the reason is, they have the best console gaming, with the best onine gaming service. I like other games on other consoles like God of war for the PS2. I've owned just about all the home systems, the dreamcast is one of my all time fav systems. Now a fan is someone who likes the company for various reasons such as the ones i just listed. a Fanboy like the company just because......they don't care about how the system is or the games for it.I loved the PS1 but hated the PS2 it is the most boring system ever. And i hated the way sony didn't have four controller ports no hard drive, no ethernet connection, you had to buy all this extra. High price memory cards, multi-taps for four controllers etc. So from that I was turned off to sony and turned on to Microsoft xbox which had more power (better graphics). Built in Hard drive, Ethernet connection, great games and online service.

And so far microsoft has kept things going with the 360, I may try sony new machine later after games that i would like to play comes to it. But in the mean time I'm a fan of the 360, it's the best gaming console on the market. But the moment Bill gates loose his mind and start messing with things that aren't broke and not fixing the things that are broken. I'm out

I haven't had a nintendo gaming system since the NES, I played and liked the 64 but im older now and Nintendo is aimed toward children and casual gamers.How much mario can oneperson take.I'm an older hardcore (recreational) gamer so I like where I am.
