I am buying an XBOX 360 tommorow
I wanted to know a little about the stuff i should get

So I am going to get:
Xbox 360 Premium Console
Extra Wireless Controller
Two Rechargeable Battery Packs for both controllers (advise me if this is a good idea)
12 Month Xbox Liver Membership (should i wait or buy immediately)
Xbox Wireless Adapter (do i need this to play online)
Xbox Fan (dont know which one heard about melting and messing up the XBOX)
Xbox 360 Extra Warranty (Heard it is a must)

and anything else you think I should get?

PRICE IS ABOUT $700.00

P.S
thanks for the help

this might help you if you live in an area with a costco, they have a xbox 360 package that comes with, the premium, an extra wireless, controler, the plug and charge kit, and project gothem racing (witch if your not a racing fan like myself you can just sell) all for only 489.99 (not including tax) its a great deal and that what i did. You've come to the time in the xbox life where the intercooler isn't nessairy, there is a rare chance your 360 will die on you. I also don't recomend the extra warrenty, just beucase, it seems to be a waste of money. I myself haven't had any problems besides some occasional freezing from a few games but nothing huge to worry about. Xbox live gold membership is one of the best things i've ever had. I'm sad i missed xbox live for the xbox the way i did. only get the wireless adapter if you have a wireless router in your house. It is possible to run a eathernet cord to your xbox and it will work just fine.

ive heard lately that you cannot read the text in oblivion and other games because the text is too cloudy is this true and does anyone know if there is a cheap tv that i will be able to see the text with.solidsnakeo
some games on the 360 like dead rising its hard to read the text. I never had problems with oblivion, and i'm sure there are other games, hd-tv is very nice, i would recomend you go find a nice one and pick it up.

I'm saying kill zone 2

I'm a xbox fan and most likely will not be buying a ps3, but the reasonf or my vote will be because more than likely killzone 2 will come out later than halo 3 thus giving it more time for a graphical polish. Plus ps3 proalby has slightly better graphical proformace than the 360 because of it coming out later
